What You’ll Do
As our Social Media Brand Strategist, your mission is to grow Fapshi’s presence across platforms, create culturally relevant content, and shape how our community perceives and connects with the brand. You’re not just managing posts — you’re crafting a digital voice that resonates with hustlers, business owners, and builders.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the social media strategy across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
- Plan content calendars with engaging posts, reels, and stories that reflect our vibe
- Collaborate with design and product teams to tell powerful stories (product launches, testimonials, events, etc.)
- Monitor trends, memes, and online culture — and jump on them Fapshi-style
- Build and engage our online community: reply to comments, DMs, tags, and mentions
- Track and analyse performance metrics to optimise content and boost engagement
- Help grow and protect our brand identity, tone, and visual language across all digital platforms
You Should Have:
- Some knowledge of or experience in social media strategy or digital brand marketing
- A sharp eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling
- Deep familiarity with African online culture, youth trends, and content formats
- Excellent writing skills — witty, smart, and clear (in English and/or French)
- Ability to work fast, adapt, and own your workflow
- A strong understanding of social media metrics and content performance tools
Nice to Have:
- Experience with paid ads, influencer collaborations, or content campaigns
- Bilingual (English and French)
