What You’ll Do
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for turning ideas into visual gold. You’ll own the brand visuals — from web banners and social media carousels to merch designs and decks. If it needs to look 🔥, it’s your job to make it happen.
Responsibilities:
- Design social media content, infographics, ads, and campaigns that drive engagement
- Create branded assets for web, mobile, email, and print (e.g. flyers, posters, merch)
- Maintain and evolve the Fapshi visual identity across all platforms
- Work with the marketing team to bring stories and product updates to life
- Design presentation decks, event branding, and press kits
- Collaborate with video editors, writers, and product designers to keep everything cohesive
- Keep an organized file structure and library of reusable assets
You Should Have:
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative range
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or Affinity (Photoshop & Illustrator are preferred)
- A solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, colour theory, and typography
- Experience creating for different formats: digital, print, and motion
- The ability to work with speed, consistency, and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and the confidence to bring your ideas to the table
Nice to Have:
- Motion design skills (After Effects or similar)
- Illustration or branding experience
- You know what makes content pop on TikTok, IG, YouTube, and X
- Bilingual (English and French)
- You’re already vibing with the Fapshi aesthetic 😎
